Dear Madam,
At the meeting of the Directors of the Mitchell Main Colliery Company, the secretary was instructed to record the following minute on the board of Directors meeting.
The managing Director at the opening of the meeting reported the death of Mr Lucien Worms, who had for a large number of years been a Director of the Company and the Directors wish to record their great appreciation of the help rendered to the board by the late Mr Lucien Worms and to express their deepest sympathy with the family in this sad b...ment.
