I, maître J. Chalain, Notary Public in and for the County of Paris do hereby certify that on this 4th day of November, 1968, there were produced and duly submitted for my examination documents relating to the ownership on 19th of September 1968 of the vessel m/s Yainville by Worms & Cie, a corporation organised under the laws of France, with offices at Paris, 45, boulevard Haussmann, and the authority to M. Guy Brocard, Managing Partner, to sell and transfer said vessel on behalf of the corporation, and upon examination of said documents.
I do hereby certify that said Worms & Cie, had on the date of sale of said vessel, to wit 19th of September 1968, the legal power to sell and transfer the said vessel "Yainville" and M. Guy Brocard the authority to execute a bill of sale thereof.
