Dear Sirs,
Mr Sam J. Arthur having expressed the wish to resign his position as manager of our Cardiff office on the 31st December 1932, we beg to inform you that Mr Charles Colley and Mr V. Lewis Morgan, both connected for many years, will carry on jointly, until further notice, the management of our office from January 1st, 1933.
We have at the same time given our power of Attorney to our accountant, Mr J. F. Wright.
We give you below specimen signatures of the above three gentlemen, it being understood that joint signatures of any two of them are required to engage the responsibility of our firm.
