Memorandum of agreement made by this 27th September 1856 between the several undersigned parties hereto as follows:
M. Worms to take a minimum quantity during the next 12 months of 80.000 tons of steam coal from the undersigned Coal owners.
The pit price to be as already arranged viz 5/6 per ton of 20 cwt and the price free on board at Grimsby to be 9/6 per ton.
The several pits to supply in this proportion named in the minutes of 21 August 1856 at Grimsby as follows:
